I'm going to be doing Spring recruiting for my company and can't find much online on ice breakers or questions to ask from a recruiting manager's perspective. Any ideas? The pressure should be on them but just in case I get stuck with a socially inept student with no one else around ATM, I'd like to be prepared to say something.
