Can a Seasonal Position Become Full Time?

Hello,

I am about to start a job as a seasonal tax preparer at CliftonLarsonAllen. The main reason I am taking it is to get back into public accounting at a large regional firm. I have talked to my future supervisor as well as a few others that work for the company and they said to see it as a tryout and that if everything goes fine I should become full time. I was wondering if anyone has any insight or helpful tips. Thanks!
