Wow, Big 4 are really rushing out revenue numbers this year aren’t they? First we got Deloitte in late September, EY two weeks later, and now PwC has just dropped theirs. That just leaves KPMG, who usually report some time in December.

Alright, let’s see how they said they did:

PwC firms around the world reported aggregate gross revenues of US$60.2 billion for the 12 months ending 30 June 2026, an increase of 5.7% in US dollars and 3.5% in local currency compared with the previous financial year. The equivalent growth figures for the previous year are 2.9% and 2.7%.

Revenues increased across all three geographic regions and across all PwC’s lines of service. At constant exchange rates, revenues increased by 7.7% in Asia Pacific, 4.6% in the Americas and 0.7% in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Tax and Legal Services recorded the highest growth among PwC’s lines of service, with like-for-like revenues increasing by 6.3% at constant exchange rates, while Advisory revenues increased by 3.0% and Assurance revenues by 2.6%.

So $60.2 billion in reported revenue, 5.7% growth in US dollars overall and single-digit growth in service lines across the board.

Those EMEA numbers are absolutely brutal. We already knew it would be bad as Middle East is lumped in with the UK business and they reported their revenue separately in September. This is the second year in a row the Middle East has gotten kicked in the balls, falling from 26% growth in 2024 to just 0.4% in 2025.

Now some charts, which PwC was kind enough to set up for us in the news release. We’ll include the footnote on service line revenues because you need them to understand how they adjusted the figures, which they did:

2 During the year, within member firms there were a number of business sales and changes in business structures and categories which involved the movement of revenue between lines of service. In the table above, adjustments have been made to the FY25 comparative numbers to reflect these changes in FY26 to provide a “like for like” comparison of revenues, the growth rates for each line of service in FY26. The un-adjusted FY26 growth rates at constant exchange rates were 4.2% for Advisory, 0.7% for Assurance and 6.5% for Tax and Legal Services.

In approximate dollars and growth (pick raw change or change at constant exchange rates):

  • Advisory: $25.8 billion, 4.7% or 3% growth
  • Assurance: $20.5 billion, 5.4% or 2.6% growth
  • Tax and Legal: $13.9 billion, 8.6% or 6.3% growth

There’s only one other figure we want and that’s people. To find that, you have to look in the full global report. Total global headcount at PwC is 369,945 as of June 30, 2026. They don’t drill down any deeper than that in the report, only showing headcount percentages by region and service line:

Asia Pacific has 40% of the people but just $9.5 billion in revenue? Huh.

And that’s that.
