Small sweatshop to B4?

Good(?) citizens of GC:

I've put in more than a year now at a small, minimum wage tax sweatshop in Northeast Ohio.  After battling QuickBooks, 1040s, and even a few 1120s, I obtained my CPA and progressed in salary from $30K to $41K.

CPA, one busy season, tax experience mostly 1040s and 1120s, about a 70-30 split.
