So this is been a doing a lot of rounds at the Big4 I work at – Many employees over the past year quit and have returned back as contractors after forming their own company and looking at the bill rate they are making two to three times the salary they were making.
I understand that it comes with no benefits but how much would that cost on a monthly basis? Plus is there any other disadvantage?
Mangers are now making Director Salaries and Senior Managers are making Partner Salaries.
