Just started at a Big 4 and struggling. Is it normal?

I started at a big 4 less than a month ago.
I was hired as a Valuations associate.
I understand that we are in busy season so there’s a lot of work to be done, but I can’t help to feel confused about most of the work.
I have a good academic background so I understand the concepts, but I struggle putting everything together and working with models. I don’t have any valuations or modeling experience from my previous job, so it’s all new to me.

Is it normal to feel this way? I’m trying my best to learn as much as I can and take notes. But I honestly feel “stupid” at times for not understanding what’s going on, and I don’t want to keep annoying my seniors or other associates with questions.
