EY National Training

I am an incoming first year Advisory Staff at EY. A lot of the blog posts and sites I have read about preparing for your first month or so talk about national training where they fly you out somewhere for 1-2 weeks with all the other first years and there’s a lot of team building exercises, etc. I have also read that they got rid of this….

So my question is, does anyone know if EY still does national training for new hires or have they pretty much done away with it?
