From reading up about this career path online it seems like this practice is at the bottom of the Big 4 food chain (at least in tax).
I just accepted a position in this department (all I could get). The is interesting to me but from what I've heard it seems like I'm going to be stuck here with limited career opportunities down the road.
Is my best bet to stick around til senior and then try an internal transfer to federal tax / try to hop into industry leveraging the big 4 name?
