Do internship offers get revoked?

Hi everyone,

I'm interning next semester at a big firm. This semester I should be getting all A's and B's besides my Financial Intermediate 3 class…

I will probably end up with a C or D in that class, and will consider retaking it this summer. I already accepted an offer for next semester, and they asked for updated transcripts on the first day. Is it possible they could revoke my offer due to the poor grade in the class? I'm stressing out big time.
