My firm offers short term recruiting rotations outside of busy season. This is project-based as well as the usual recruiting tasks you can imagine. It sounds intense, but also a really fun opportunity to broaden my career and differentiate myself. However, some people I respect at the firm (who don't really know anything about the rotation besides the basics to be fair) seem to think there is zero benefit. What do you guys think?
