Teamsters Deploy a New Weapon in the War Against Grant Thornton

Back in July, we learned that Teamsters were upset with Grant Thornton's downtown NYC office for hiring a moving company that was not paying prevailing wages for that area. To get their point across, Teamsters deployed their infamous giant rat to hang out in front of GT's office.

Teamsters claim that GT's mover of choice Corporate Relocation Systems pays substandard wages and benefits, making them an easy target for taunting with giant inflatable vermin.

At the time, office MP told staff "just be cautious, please do not engage with or approach the protesters." Easy enough.

Well, the Teamsters have just upped their game with a giant pig.

Clearly, this will not be over until the last cheap piece of Grant Thornton furniture is removed from 60 Broad.
