Switch to TAS – Transaction Tax

I just finished my first year as a tax associate at a midsize firm in our financial services practice. I've passed my CPA exam and am getting my MST at night (firm is paying for it). I know I just started my career but I want to do more than cube slave tax forms so I'm thinking of trying to jump to a Big 4 firm's Transaction Advisory Services – Transaction Tax practice. When would you reccomend applying? Would you reccomend the switch? Anything else I should know?

Thanks,
