I currently have almost one year of experience in assurance at a public accounting firm. I thought I would try my hand at applying for a position at a Big 4 firm. A recruiter contacted me with a position I might have been interested in and wanted to speak with me about it. I responded and they never got back with me with any details. I followed up and the recruiter picked a time but did not designate a place. I am suppose to speak with them very soon but have not heard any response to my email whether it would be in person or over the phone. Is this normal in Big 4? It seems like I would have heard something back since we are suppose to speak soon.
