Hello Going Concern Community,
I wanted to get some insight from you guys on the pros and cons of being fired vs. resinging from a position. I currently work for one of the Big 4 in the Northeast providing internal audit services. I have been working here for about a year now and i really do not enjoy the type of work i am currently doing. I dont mind the big 4 atmosphere and I enjoy working with my co workers but the work is soo mindless i dont know how much longer i can stay.
Would you guys just recommend i resign from my position and therefore avoid being fired next year during performance reviews?
