Oh, GO ON in Your Open Items Thread

It's the first Friday in August which means we're heading straight into the HOTTEST MOST BORING MONTH OF THE YEAR. We can't do anything about the heat, but be sure to drop us a line if anything interesting happens that you think we should know.

Back to the matter at hand — if you're new to this boondoggle we call Open Items, that's okay, it's simple. Discuss anything you like. 

Solicit advice, discuss your new job (or your need for one), remind us how much PTO you've accrued that you have no plans to use, your favorite tax loophole, or any news from the past week that we may have missed.
