Compensation: $65,000- $75,000 DOE

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Team leadership/review/training experience
- Accounting and payroll knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Timely and concise communicator
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Enjoy coaching people
- Seeking to take on more responsibility
 Skills:
- Financial Statement Preparation- assist with the month-end preparation of board financial statements, utilizing different account systems related to the client’s industry, reconciling and reviewing workpapers, etc.
- Communicating with clients regarding items needed for proper financial reporting.
- Special reporting requirements as they arise.
- Â 60-70% – Client Work (Financial Prep, & Planning)
- 10-15% – Creating Procedures, Checklists & KPIs
- 10-15% – Client Communication
- 5-10% – Reporting to Firm Management
- 5-10% – Ensuring Job Profitability
