Here’s Your Open Thread for McGladrey Compensation Discussions (2013)

Historically, mid-July is when things get rolling at McGladrey and yesterday we received the first notice that things were starting this week. 

Email went out that compensation and bonus discussions would begin on 7/12 and conclude by 7/26.  I think a McG comp thread is in order.

So you have all of today to gird your loins before people start walking around dejected for the next two weeks.

I'm sure many of you will have your wildest dreams come through but if things don't go as planned, just like we did for PwC, here's an inspired reaction:
