Back in late June, someone in Deloitte Tax was feeling optimistic enough about this compensation to share their thoughts with us. Now it's mid-August and someone's anxiety has gotten the best of them: 
Time to re-post the Deloitte comp watch as comp talks are green-light starting Monday the 19th through the end of the month.  Wouldn't be suprised though if no one finds out until Aug 30 – Sept 5 since that is the last possible week/day to find out before increases are seen in the pay check.
Oh, so you're just sending a message in order to get people wound up for the rest of the month? Good enough for us! 
 
For the early birds, you're obviously encouraged to share your news, but for everyone else, it's time to fantasize about triumphant exit should you not be rewarded appropriately.
