Help with drafting an elevator pitch for recruiting season

Hi GC,

I am running out of ideas in creating a good 30 second pitch for the next recruiting season.

I'm currently a graduate student, working in a third party pension admin. firm (tax haven/shelter), passed the CPAs.

I can't seem to write anything that sounds interesting without sounding like everyone else. I try to include what I'm doing at my current job, but it's really specific and I lose people all the time (especially audit staff, which is bad because I'm trying to be in audit).

Does anyone have an idea of what would be a suitable casual conversation topic that can segue to my achievements then segues into what's in it for the firm/partner/manager type of deal?

Thanks,

TMH
