EY Advisory Risk vs. Performance Improvement

Hi GC,

I'm trying to understand the difference between Risk and Performance Improvement within the FSO Advisory practice. Could you let me know what the daily work/life entails as a staff and senior consultant? Are the work hours long similar to audit and tax? Does advisory have a busy season or more focused on projects and their timelines? What are the exit opportunities between the two sub-service lines?
