If you're already signed up, all you have to do is refer three of your friends to sign up and you’ll be entered to win. Be sure to point them to the full sign-up form and remind them, pretty please, to put YOUR email in the referrer line, so that you’re entered to win. Easy.
As for our past winners, Week 2's prize was Dee F. who works as product manager for a large professional organization in New York. Dee claims that she is "not a funny person," and reads the post to fill that void in her life. She's less thrilled with the possibility of getting fired for reading GC at work because it's "entertainment." Rough work environment, I guess.
Week 3's big winner is Richard P., a tax manager at global law firm in San Francisco. Before selling his soul, Richard spent 14 years in public accounting with stints at a "Top 100 firm" and a large local firm in California. It also sounds like Richard is a bit a prankster as he ran a March Madness pool at his old firm and presented the winner with a W-2G form for gambing wages, telling me that "in 3 of those years, the winners freaked out and actually thought I reported the income to the IRS." Well done.
