Bonus Watch: Deloitte Employees Ineligble for Bonuses

Everyone's a winner! At least that's the sense we get reading this message from Deloitte Advisory Chief Talent Officer Monica O'Reilly that a tipster dropped us earlier today:

Your contributions helped make FY15 an exceptional year as we deepened our client relationships, distinguished our brand in the market, and positioned ourselves to be clearly differentiated.

And we want to say ‘thank you' for your commitment and dedication.

To help show our appreciation, many of you will receive a $1,000 award in the August / September timeframe. We appreciate your contributions to our success, and we’re pleased to be able to award this one-time, special bonus to professionals who are not eligible for AIP or other incentive programs, subject to individual performance and certain conditions, including employment on or before February 28, 2015.

We’re also saying thank you by adding 2 more extended weekends to our holiday calendar so we can collectively disconnect. We know you value the ability to fully disconnect during the holidays. So we’re once again adding two more days off this December – Thursday, December 24 and Thursday, December 31.

And finally, to keep personal well-being front and center, we’re continuing to encourage practices to help each other make the most of our time away. As we begin FY16, let’s collectively commit to email-free weekends and using PTO etiquette to ensure time away really is a chance to unplug and unwind.

Thank you again for a great FY15 – your efforts brought great results. I am pleased about the excitement I am seeing as we launch our new practice, Deloitte Advisory. Great things are ahead and we couldn’t do it without each of you.
