I have a problem. Last year I have been diagnosed with ADD. I have always struggled in school. I do a little better at work as I enjoy working more than school. I have been delaying graduation many times because of my ADD and have been completing classes at turtle pace: one class at a time with the best grade i can get, which are Bs. My boss is wondering why it is taking so long and as such is questioning my intelligence. I have kept my ADD a secret because I do not well understand it and it sounds like a form of mental retardation.
Should i disclose my condition to my employer? I've been doing good at work but school is taking forever and without brilliant results. I take medications and are a hit or miss.
