What’s your charge hour goal?

I'm curious as to what the charge hour expecations are for everyone at different firms.  It seems to creep up every year:

Here at Green Dot Tax (Specialty Group), we're expected to rack up the following:

Senior Manager

1,550

Manager

1,650

Senior

1,800

Consultant I & II

1,800

Paraprofessional

1,800

So tell us your firm, line of service, level, and charge hour goal.  I assume there isn't a difference geographically, but do share if there is.

Optional: Discussion on how hard/easy it is to make it, and consequences/rewards, if any.
