Start Up NFP, needs software

Hi – does anyone have any recomendations (preferably based on user experience) for accounting software that is very user friendly for a small startup NFP organization?  The orginzation is on quickbooks now, but wants to explore other options, and software for small NFPs is not my wheelhouse.

Must haves:

1) Ability to track incoming donations by name, address and individual donation amounts.

2) Ability to track charitable disbursments by category and recipient.

3) Integration with online banking platforms.  The organization also uses paypal to some extent, so it would be useful, but not necissary to have integration with this also.

Anything you could share would be very useful.

Thanks
