Do these people not understand that even a day is an eternity for an anxious CPA exam candidate?!

Well the Illinois Board of Examiners website has been showing the same notice about "problems for the past two days" for a week now so that's great news for anyone attempting to register or sign up for more sections…

LOOK OUT, Illinois folks, you are likely to encounter feral CPA exam candidates on the streets. Do not look them directly in the eye and if you are forced to engage, play dead and hope they go away.
