Sending a photo of yourself to a firm.

This might be one of the strangest questions Going Concern has ever received, but is there a protocol for sending a picture of yourself to the firm that is recruiting you? I'm going to a recruiting event this week, and they requested a "photo of yourself and a copy of your resume". I figure taking a photo from Facebook and cropping it would be a bit tacky. I don't even have any recent pictures of myself. Do I just throw on a nice shirt and take a "selfie" of myself in a decent looking background?

Again, it's a very odd question, I know, but I was wondering if anyone could help?

Thanks
