Scheduling Software for the Firm

Our firm is small-sized witht 120 staff members in Southern California Area. We currently use Prostaff for scheduling software but found it to be clunky. We are looking forward to change the software. We have ProStaff from Thomson Reuter's for invoicing and billing times. So I hope to find the software that focuses on staff scheduling and evaluating works based on the workable hours. Do you guys have any recommendation for the software?
