Partners at RSM UK must be feeling awfully good right now as Financial Times has reported their yearly partner payouts increased 16% from £708,000 ($945k USD) to £821,000 (about $1.095 million USD) for the year ended March 31, 2025. FT then rubs it in for any Big 4 partners who may be reading the pink sheets today:
This means RSM’s equity partners are earning as much as some at the Big Four firms. EY equity partners this year took home an average of £787,000. PwC and Deloitte partners pocketed £862,000 and over £1mn respectively. KPMG, which is yet to report for its most recent financial year, handed its equity partners an average of £816,000 in the 12 months to September 2024.
RSM UK reported (unaudited) revenue of £594 million for 2025, up nearly 10% from prior year.
