Promotion/Comp Watch ’13: Optimism in Deloitte Tax

I just flew in from Las Vegas and boy, are my arms tired. Thanks for your patience. Your reward is the latest chatter on the promotion/compensation watch from Deloitte Tax:

Deloitte Tax in Chicago let its TCII's know who is going to be promoted to senior, so I'm assuming other individuals getting promoted to manager, sr. manager, etc have also been informed.  No official ratings have been given or % raise, but it SHOULD be a good year based on performance comparison to plan.

It'll be quite some time before actual discussions start, so this should serve as a nice fluffer in the meantime. Enjoy.
