Out of Town Interviews

I'll be scheduling some interviews shortly that are a healthy distance from my B4 office (will require flights). I'm basically going to have to take full days off, but I'm not exactly sure how to request that with things gearing up. To make matters worse, I'm scheduled on a client a few hours from the office for the next month or so and I'll be staying at a hotel in the client's city. Any suggestions?
