Materiality Appears Reasonable

Ahh, horse racing. The sport of kings, plutocrats and millions gamblers who can't catch a break. The Kentucky Derby is tomorrow so if you plan to dress to the nines, swill bad bourbon and vomit on your shoes, keep an eye on the accountant favorite, Materiality, who's currently going for 12-1.

On a test basis, he won the Florida Derby; evidence of a favorable post position and a champion sire also suggest that he appears reasonable. However, an adverse finish due to trainer or jockey is responsibility of the owners.

Please exercise professional judgment to determine if further procedures are warranted. Good luck.
