The latest Big 4 job creation news comes from Deloitte, which will be adding hundreds of jobs in Gilbert, AZ, as part of a major expansion at that location.
Phoenix Business Journal reported:
Deloitte is doubling its footprint in Gilbert and preparing to hire 900 more people.
The global business consulting group announced last year it was leasing 100,000 square feet at the Commons at Rivulon and planned to hire 2,500 people to create a tech center, which is responsible for developing specialized software for Deloitte customers.
Deloitte moved into the first building at the Commons at Rivulon at the end of 2018, and will occupy its second 100,000-square-foot building in early 2020, Nationwide Realty Investors, the owner and developer of Rivulon, said in an announcement.
That’s quite the hiring spree planned, although the article didn’t say what types of positions Deloitte is looking to fill.
