Does Experienced Hire mean you are less than a Senior but more than a staff? Or does it mean they aren’t exactly sure how to place you and if you perform better than a Senior-level employee, then they can promote you directly to Manager from Experienced Hire?
Also, what is the average salary for an “Experienced Hire”?
