Big 4 – Soft Skills

Hello All,

I accepted a full time offer with a Big 4 firm. My ratings as an intern were mediocre, most of them mentioned that I need to work on my technical skills, but I figured that I will get better with time and experience.

I would, however, like to work on my soft skills. What are some soft skills needed to be successful at a Big 4? I rarely got to see many of those since everyone was so busy during the internship, but I’d like to know what I can improve on now to help me be top rated first year associate.
