This one comes from the mailbag:
I've sipped the Big Four Kool-Aid while recruiting for the past two years. After accepting my offer from one of them, I found out in my offer that I will not get paid for any hours over 40 hours, even though it was supposed to basically be required by law. Should I argue with my recruiter about this abuse of human rights?
Sincerely, Big E
