EY’s global delivery machine in The Philippines is marking 11 years this month and as a treat, they’re apparently adding 2,000 more people to its roster of more than 6,000 professionals across Manila and Cebu. We’re seeing 295 roles currently listed on the GDS jobs page (not including entry level roles), everything from audit senior manager to data and AI associate director.
“EY GDS Philippines has evolved into a leading talent, delivery and innovation hub since its establishment 11 years ago. Our strategic expansion, the launch of the Cebu Cybersecurity center and continued development of new capabilities reflect how far we have come,” said Dench Decino, EY GDS Philippines Location Leader. “In the next two to three years, we will continue to invest in Filipino talent as we plan to add approximately 2,000 professionals. We believe the Philippines will continue to play an important role in the EY network and in the country’s professional services and technology ecosystem,” he added.
We last wrote about EY’s growth plans back in 2024: EY Is Going on a Hiring Spree in the Philippines. At that time, EY said it wanted to grow the Filipino squad from 5,000 to 7,500 within two years. Guess they missed that target just slightly.
EY GDS currently employs 74,000 people across its nine locales — Argentina, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom — and 21 cities.
Ain’t slowing this train any time soon.
