Here's the issue. I love auditing (I know, hard to believe). I work for a Big 4 firm and I'm not getting the opportunities at my firm as other co-workers since I'm an experienced hire from another big 4. I've never been on a repeating client, I get shipped out of town a lot, and can't get promoted due to needing my last CPA exam. I have stellar reviews and have a passion for all things auditing. So, should I move to a 3rd big 4 with a promotion and the understanding that I will be on repeat clients, stick it out, or move to industry (with the risk of being bored) ?
