I am wrapping up my first year as a Senior in audit at a B4 and am considering switching to TS (internally or externally). Money is not the sole or primary reason I would like to transfer but it’s certainly relevant in the decision. For all the discussion on this board that I dug up about the transfer from audit to TS, I have not been able to find information that will help me build a salary expectation.
So – for those who have made the switch or who have some other source of knowledge on the matter – what increase (if any) should I expect in an internal transfer? What about jumping ship to another B4 firm?
