Compensation: $85,000- $115,000 DOE

*Salary is based on experience. Review experience of tax senior and peer managers preferred for Senior candidates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience at national, regional or local firm
- CPA having already attained the position of manager at their current CPA firm or EA
- Significant experience with individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust returns
- Significant experience reviewing and adjusting financial statements for businesses
- Ability to advise business clients on accounting applications, tax planning, and understanding their financials
- Significant experience in a paperless environment using tax software
- Able to manage client relationships from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to meet with prospective clients and prepare proposals in response to RFP for business clients
- Attend industry meetings and conferences and network with clients and potential clients
- Ability to train, supervise, and manage staff including review of returns and related workpapers, provision of review comments and follow up
- Maintain client relationships throughout the year, sharing knowledge with the client and adding value to the client relationship
- Provide value to overall firm strategy and management
- Actively participate in the firm’s marketing program
