I wanted to see if you thought I would be competitive if I applied to EY’s TAS group (Transaction Tax – m&A) as a Senior.
I have a J.D./B.S.(Finance)/and MTax
Most recently, I have been with a regional accounting firm (1.5 years) as a Transaction Tax Specialist. I’ve done 6 buy-side deals.
Before that, I had 2 years in industry (Tax preparation/planning/review/and some M&A) and I was with Deloitte Consulting for 3 years (Financial Transformation Projects). I absolutely love working on transactions (evaluating most tax-wise way of structuring them, etc.). It seems like it would be a good move with some great experiences. Any thoughts?
