Giving notice before bonus payment.

I am about to head back to school, so I will be quitting my firm.  The problem is in order to give a full two weeks notice, I would have to declare prior to the bonus payout date.  If I declare, will they still pay out the bonus, which was announced in writing?  And if I wait and give one weeks notice, while also offering to work in non-business hours (i.e. after class) for another week would that be sufficient?

Further note, a decent amount of people in the practice I work with know I’m leaving, just not HR or the department heads.
