BDO USA Staff Are Back to Getting Their Pre-Rona Paychecks

It feels like it’s been four years, not four months, since BDO USA told employees their paychecks would be a little bit lighter for a while as the firm began to navigate the rough waters caused by everyone’s favorite pandemic.

But that 5% to 10% pay cut BDO staff had to endure from May 1 until July 31 is officially over. Done. No more.

BDOers on Aug. 14 finally got paid in full for the first time since the salary cuts were enacted.

It had to be a celebratory occasion for one BDOer who told us:

I’m a newer employee so I only saw 3 checks at the rate in my offer letter: 3/31, 4/15 & 4/30.

Then the pay cut started May-July.

That’s rough. But at least one thing in that person’s life is back to normal.

Congratulations to all Bravo Delta Oscar employees for weathering the storm.
