Yes, the House Bill That Bans Auditor Rotation Is Terrible But There May Be an Upside

As you know, yesterday the House of Representatives passed H.R. 1564, the Audit Integrity and Job Protection Act, with bipartisan support, 321-62. The charge was led by the bill's co-sponsors, Rep.
