This established local CPA firm provides high quality personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Expert services range from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as financial statements and financial planning. The majority of the clients are dentists to whom we provide a full range of services. The firm believes in the value of relationships and view every client relationship like a partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary)
  • Preparation of agenda and document compilation for annual business consultation meetings
  • Preparation of agenda, document compilation, and creation of tax plan for annual year-end tax planning meetings
  • Manage, develop and sustain excellent client relationships with the ability to see client projects from beginning to end
  • Additional duties when needed include month-end journal entries, financial reports, and general ledger reconciliations.

 
Qualifications:
 
Software Applications (Experience Required)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Proficient with QuickBooks

 
Software Applications (Experience Desired)

  • Knowledge of Lacerte Tax software is a plus

 
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CPA or EA preferred

 
Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of current tax experience at a local or national CPA firm
  • Experience working in a virtual office environment
  • Excellent customer service skills both (internal and external)
