I’m interviewing for an internal job switch from audit to AAS (the KPMG equivalent of CMAAS or FAAS) as a senior. From what I gather, both sides have approved the transfer and the interviews will be more of a check the box thing, but I still don’t want to mess it up after all this. I’m not sure how to prepare for the interview and if it’ll be different than when I interviewed with them for the first time as a non-employee. Any advice from someone who’s switched service lines?
