Life at PwC Involves Again Not Giving ‘La La Land’ the Oscar For Best Picture

I know I’m a day late and a dollar short, but I just wanted to congratulate PwC for not screwing up an Academy Awards show for the third straight year.

People seem to have lost interest in the PwC accountants at the Oscars since the debacle on Feb. 26, 2017, the night Tim Ryan was not #PwCProud. But I had not lost interest. In fact, instead of watching the XFL, I spent a lot of my Sunday afternoon and early evening scrolling through Twitter and Instagram trying to find photos of the keepers of the winning envelopes. Out of the hundreds of Oscars pics and tweets I saw, this is the only one I found:

I was probably happier to see PwC’s accountants than Hugh Jackman.

Because of those three folks above not named Brian Cullinan or Martha Ruiz and this group of folks below, Ryan could lay his head on his pillow late Sunday night/early Monday morning and fall asleep #PwCProud:

P. Dubs’ “More London” or “MoLo” location is reportedly quite the swinging joint but will only house half of the City’s 11,000 employees. Those left back at the frumpy office aren’t really pleased with this development and the FT reports has caused some to catch a case of “office envy”:

But relief could be at hand. [Chairman Ian] Powell revealed that the firm is in talks to redevelop the old site to give it a bit more pizzazz.
