Job responsibilities:
- Onboarding new monthly accounting clients
- QB Desktop to QBO/Xero conversions and QBO/Xero setups
- Payroll conversions to Gusto and Gusto setups
- Perform and review accounting and bookkeeping (maintain bank feeds, reconciliations, Gusto integration, Dext integration, Bill.com integration, Relay integration, etc.)
- Handle year-end close and prepare tax-ready books (tax prep experience is a plus!)
- Assist in managing small accounting and bookkeeping team
- Client facing
