Professional Services Firm is seeking a Tax Manager specializing in RD Tax Credits to join our expanding RD Tax Credit group. In this role you will:
• Manage and drive the success of multiple RD engagements while serving as the primary point of client contact and providing leadership to the team
• Contribute as a subject matter expert by keeping abreast of developments related to the RD tax credit
• Provide appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised
• Perform tax planning and research, resolving complex tax issues, and giving recommendations to clients relating to the RD credit
• Generate and sustain client relationships Qualifications
• J.D. or CPA license required
• At least 5-7 years of tax/public accounting experience
• Strong writing and excel skills
• Masters in Taxation is a plus
